About Captain Graham
I have a USCG Master 100-ton Inland license with an Auxiliary Sail Endorsement and a Marine Radio Operator Permit. I am a certified US Sailing Basic Keelboat and Small Boat Level One Instructor. I am also a Safe Powerboat Handling Instructor and an ACA Level 2 Kayak Touring Instructor. I currently teach sailing classes at a Sailing Club in Seattle. I have worked as a deckhand aboard several tall ships, harbor cruise boats and at a water taxi company.
