I have been boating on Long Island Sound, Hudson River and Nearby Atlantic Ocean for over 40 years. I have owned a few sailboats with my current one being a 30" Hunter. I have used many power boats from 18-30' in length. Both were for daily and long duration trips. I'm also a dedicated weather enthusiast and that ties in very closely with preferred boating experiences.
